AUSTIN CAPITAL PARTNERSAustin Capital Partners was founded by Jonathan Coon, Jason Subotky, and Eduardo Margain. Jonathan is a founder of 1-800 Contacts (sold for $900 million in 2012 and acquired by KKR in 2020 for $3.1 billion) and a producer of the film Napoleon Dynamite. Under Jonathan’s 22-year leadership at 1-800 Contacts, the brand achieved a record Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80. Jonathan describes the common thread in these ventures as “working with great teams to solve hard problems and create delightful customer experiences.” Jason, formerly a VP at Goldman Sachs, is a partner at Yacktman Asset Management—a $20 billion fund. Eddie is a tech entrepreneur and real estate investor who has been closely involved in the design and construction of the new Austin FC stadium. Jon Meir is Head of Development for Austin Capital Partners and leads the development and construction of Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin. Before joining Austin Capital Partners, Jon oversaw the development of the $2.2 billion Century Plaza project in Los Angeles. Jon is a Civil Engineer with a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.

Pharis DesignPharis Design is the landscape architect and master planner for the project. Stefan Pharis plays a diverse and critical role in the design process, working from the macro scale of landscape and site planning to the more human scale of designing intimate resort experiences.
Matthew Bannister (DBOX)Matthew is the design director for the project, ensuring that the offering's design, function, and program are aligned with the desires and expectations of the most discerning ultra-luxury buyer. Over the past 29 years, Matthew has played a key role in bringing world-class, record-breaking properties to market. Matthew earned a B.Arch. from Cornell University and an M.Arch. from Princeton University. Matthew is a regular juror for the Architizer Awards and in 2024, he served as a Juror for the Architecture Hunter Awards.
Lissoni & PartnersLissoni & Partners has a thirty-year history of developing international architecture, landscape, interior, product, and graphic design projects.
